Verizon is migrating their SMDP/SMSR platform to a new environment. During this window, eUICC profile downloads for US2 profiles will be unavailable. Expected downtime is approximately 6 hours.

Connectivity, SMS, and data services on already-activated SIMs are not impacted. Other profiles are unaffected.

UPDATE: This maintenance has been rescheduled and shortened. The new window is May 13, 2026 02:00–08:00 UTC. Expected downtime is approximately 6 hours. All other details remain the same.
